Certify and Inspection

ELMEC has its own department for the inspection / testing of various work equipment.

The work equipment must be inspected periodically, but at least once a year, by an expert in the field. The frequency of a periodic inspection or test is partly determined by the intensity of use and by regularly assessing whether a work equipment is safe.

ELMEC can carry out the inspections and tests on location or you can bring your materials or tools at our location in Belfeld.

Our service truck is equipped with a tensile testing bench to carry out tests immediately. This way you have minimal disruption during your production process.

An inspection report / certificate should be present with all work equipment, this can be offered digitally or by means of a hard copy. ELMEC has developed a digital registration system to have easy access to all information regarding your work equipment. Our IM-Sys portal provides an overview of all data on the work equipment, the performance of inspections (history) and any action points that follow from the inspection.
