We can fully support and repair the brands ARC, TELETEC, SAGA and DEMAG sold by us. We have all parts in stock and can therefore quickly solve problems to keep disruption to a minimum.

SPECTRUM ANALYSIS

More and more applications are using wireless connections. This results in a large number of wireless signals that all use part of the available frequency spectrum. This increasingly leads to overlapping signals. Wireless signals that are not critical or do not fulfill a safety function are not important in this regard. However, wireless controls for machines and cranes often fulfill a safety function in the emergency stop circuit. For this reason, certain requirements are imposed on the quality of the connection. If this connection is not good or if it is disturbed by other signals, the emergency stop will activate and the crane or machine will stop. This may be desirable from a safety point of view, but unnecessary stops are not conducive to production.

For that reason, a nice distribution of the signals over the available frequency range is important. We have equipment to measure the use and occupation of the frequency spectrum at your location. Based on the measurements, we can draw up advice for a better classification or trace any unknown interference signals.
